Trèo lên đỉnh Cầu Cảng để xem đường chân trời ngoạn mục. Thực hiện một chuyến du ngoạn biển quanh Cảng Waitemata và khám phá vô số khu bảo tồn biển có nhiều cây xanh xung quanh Auckland. Trèo lên đỉnh Đồi Một Cây, một đỉnh núi lửa ở giữa thành phố rất thiêng liêng đối với người Maori.

High Street và Vulcan Lane có nhiều cửa hiệu thời trang quốc tế và trong nước. Khu Britomart lịch sử ở bến tàu Auckland tràn ngập các cửa hiệu thiết kế, các quán cà phê nhộn nhịp và chợ nông sản hàng tuần đầy màu sắc.

Thể thao & Sinh hoạt ngoài trời

Người New Zealand yêu môn thể thao quốc gia là bóng bầu dục. Đội quốc gia trội nhất là “All Blacks”, niềm tự hào của xứ sở Kiwi và xem một trận đấu tại Eden Park huyền thoại là điều không thể bỏ qua. Ném đĩa ở Domain Park, được xây dựng xung quanh hình nón của một ngọn núi lửa đã tắt. Trèo lên Hunua Range, một công viên có nhiều động thực vật hoang dã kỳ thú. Chèo xuồng Kayak trên eo biển Milford tráng lệ hoặc leo núi tại Auckland.

Xem cá heo lao xuống nước xung quanh Vịnh Đảo ngoạn mục. Kinh ngạc trước những con sâu sáng lấp lánh trong các góc tối của các hang Waitomo. The Walters Prize

Since 2004, there's a chance every year to swim across Auckland Harbour while all marine traffic is stopped. The Harbour Crossing swim attracts over 1000 brave swimmers to cover 2.9km from Bayswater to the Viaduct Events Centre.

Heineken Tennis Open

The Heineken Tennis Open is an international men's ATP tennis tour event held at the ASB Tennis Centre in Auckland. Given its position preceding the Australian Open, the tournament attracts top-class players from all over the world.

Auckland's Big Day Out

Ports of Auckland Round the Bays

Ports of Auckland Round the Bays fun run regularly attracts about 40,000 registered runners and 70,000 participants. The 8.4km flat-course run follows Waitemata harbour. The race starts in the city on Quay Street and finishes on the waterfront at St Heliers Bay.

King of the Bays

King of the Bays is heralded as New Zealand's leading ocean-swimming event, attracting world-class competitors since 2003. Over 1000 entrants start the 2.8km swim from Milford Beach to Takapuna Beach. There's also a 300m tag-team relay, 1000m and kids' 200m event.

World Cinema Showcase
